Wedding Contract
This constitutes an order for Wedding Photography for the wedding party of:

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The remainder of the balance is due two weeks before the wedding date. At that time we will need to have a phone conference to go over all the details.
• All negatives are the property of Teri Porter, and all images are copyright protected and can be used in promotion or advertising for Teri Porter Photography.
• Additional prints and enlargements can be purchased up to one year after the wedding date at that year’s prices. All orders placed after one year will fall under the current price list.
• All care will be taken to provide the best quality images. While not liable for any loss or inability to deliver pictures for any reason, Teri Porter will return all deposits for such a loss.
• No other professional still photographer will be hired or allowed to photograph while Teri Porter is working. Upon signature, both parties will reserve the time and date above, and will not make other reservations for that time or date.
• A meal will need to be provided if Teri Porter is hired for six or more hours.
• All deposits are non-refundable if the date is changed or the wedding canceled for any reason. All terms of this agreement are understood and agreed upon signature.
